They use the SPID, which is just your number with 0101 at the end. Sometimes they want the circuit ID, which you got when you had it installed.

How much do you know about the 804?
once enabled, can you do a 'show dialer' and see if it's dialing? Can you plug a phone into the 804 and try it?

What lights are lit? NT1? Line? Etc.

 Hello all, Well a few weeks my bill got cut off (long story) anywayz I paid it and they said they turned everything back on. Well ISDN still doesnt work. I have been on the phone with ATT Multiple times and majority of the people have no idea what it is. Well I Finally got the ISDN Department...and she asked for telephone number and all i have is my regular house number...so I gave her that and she said everything looked fine and transfered me to technical support but I think she needs the number to the ISDN line which I have no clue what it is. I never use it for voice...so am lost...is there anyway of finding out the number? Thanks I have A Cisco 804 modem..
