Sometimes they want the circuit ID, which you got when you had it installed.

How much do you know about the 804?
once enabled, can you do a 'show dialer' and see if it's dialing? Can you plug a phone into the 804 and try it?

What lights are lit? NT1? Line? Well ISDN still doesnt work. I have been on the phone with ATT Multiple times and majority of the people have no idea what it is. Well I Finally got the ISDN Department...and she asked for telephone number and all i have is my regular house number...so I gave her that and she said everything looked fine and transfered me to technical support but I think she needs the number to the ISDN line which I have no clue what it is.
