Sarcasm of course, even though I hate Comcast this is America and they have the right to expand how ever they want.

I do not like the throttle, but if it that or dial-up the provide a good service to some people. And in America business should be able to grow and stuff. Plus if other cablecos would just expand we would not have this problem.
