Brad,
Internap consits of 4 peers. We are situated with Neutral Data, this is why you see ND. Neutral data is a colo/bandwidth entity in 151 Front Street.
The addition of Neutral Data and thus Level3 as a transit provider and fairly aggressive peering at TorIX via Neutral Data is an awesome improvement for Velcom. Although I think it would be better for Velcom to have their own peering link with TorIX.
I know who InterNAP has for transit providers and yes you will see hops within the path that say InterNAP (pnap.net) if going across their network. Also InterNAP actually has 5 transit providers now in Toronto (Telus, Global Crossing, Verizon Business, TATA Comm. and Cogent).

You wont see any paths that say "internap".
Are you trying to say that Velcom is not actually using InterNAP?
