Suddenlink

anon posted : Look guys I have worked for Suddenlink about a year and I agree the company has trouble. But, being on the inside, I know they could care less about what people are thinking. It is the "good ole boy" system and when you go to your local office and complain they laugh and talk badly about that customer. I even know of situations where employees will do things to the drop to create a repeattrouble call and aggrevate the customer. If only you guys knew what I did, you would understand how Suddenlink really don't care if you get mad, threaten not to be their customer, or get pissed off because where I'm from they don't care.
