The only issue I see here is most media converters, with SM fiber, only go to about 1.2 miles. Your POP would have to be awfully close to the business you are deploying to.

join:2009-03-14		 I work with media converters that can go be 80Km, so I'm not worried about that one. The competition is usually layer 2/3 devices...
