Agree this is difficult to maintain a network; and even then, I doubt any customer will want to pay more to be just on a different network than Bell's. And buyting power being what it is, I double Tek would be able to get a good deal on accessing the backbones as Bell is capable of (when they don't own the backbone)
They could do some premium by selling ADSL service where Bell actually doesn't go, such as the countryside, and make some real competition for excessive Videotron's rates. |
