SMC "Access Control" not working for runscape

Set up a Schedule with all options blocked

WWW, WWW with URL Blocking, E-mail Sending, News Forums, E-mail Receiving, HTTPS, FTP, MSN Messenger, Telnet, AIM, NetMeeting, DNS, SNMP, PPTP, L2TP, TCP, UDP

The schedule fires but for some reason runscape.com if it is already in play isn't blocked??? Either the SMC firmware isn't working properly for TCP/UDP or runscape is using a different protocol? VPN?

Any ideas???
