<description><![CDATA[anon posted : let me expand on that.<br><br>I live in a residential neighborhood "house not Apt" I have seen in side the box out side (looked over service guys shoulder) in box 1 splitter (1-in 2-outs). I only have 2 cable pugs for 2 Tvs. 1 Tv in the back bed room and 1 Tv in the living room with the SB5120 modem the splitter in there is (1-in 2-outs). <br><br>There that is my whole cable system.<br>My 4bedroom 3bath 1story house is lacking in cable plugs.]]></description>

That is, that modem that had just been added to your account was offline.  Have you been able to get online yet?  If so, then don't worry about that "yellow box" she saw.]]></description>

When I was giving the technician my Mac address she had no idea what flashing the firmware was all about. Also she mention that there was a yellow box that came up that meant she could communicate fully with the modem.
