I live in a residential neighborhood "house not Apt" I have seen in side the box out side (looked over service guys shoulder) in box 1 splitter (1-in 2-outs). I only have 2 cable pugs for 2 Tvs. 1 Tv in the back bed room and 1 Tv in the living room with the SB5120 modem the splitter in there is (1-in 2-outs).

There that is my whole cable system.

Had mine for a few years works good but the net craps out late (2-3am ish) at night quite often. I don't game so I don't about the lag here.

The net is up and working fine "using it now" I was just hopping that an update to the newest firmware would help with my XboxLive connection a bit fix a bug or to and help with Lag.

Ah yes... that yellow box indicates a timeout in communicating with the modem. That is, that modem that had just been added to your account was offline. Have you been able to get online yet?
