A candid message by Rick Wagoner from GM might result in quite a few broken TVs. I think for Sprint it worked. It seemed to take them out of the penny stock category. If they were smart they'd build on it by a policy such as getting rid of ETFs and lowering plan pricing during this economic downturn.

They need to do a flat rate service plan that is about the same as Boost and all the rest. That would build their customer base up. That would also save the money that it costs on the paper, ink, postage, and everything that mounts up to printing all those bills. But yes with GM or any of the 3 big.
