Eh, your build is kind of all over the place.
Having never tanked blood, I'd probably go with something more like this.

Anyone who has experience feel free to correct me though. Just seems like a stronger build to me. Keep in mind those trees are changing a lot after the patch.
Stats: You want STAM & STR & DEF. After that parry. Then you can start worrying about the benefits of Agility. It isn't want of your primary stats though.
