I've heard frost is the best tanking spec (lichborne, unbreakable armor, etc.), though I've never tanked extensively (I'm deep and heavy blood dps). When I tank I just throw on a different set of gear, I don't bother respeccing or re-glyphing. I still top dps charts too.
