PATCHES OF FOG SHOULD BEGIN TO DEVELOP AFTER MIDNIGHT AND AFTER 2 AM VISIBILITIES FALLING TO LESS THAN ONE QUARTER MILE WILL BE POSSIBLE ACROSS OF SOUTHEAST TEXAS. THE FOG SHOULD BEGIN TO SLOWLY LIFT AFTER 8 AM AND BY 10 AM SHOULD GIVE WAY TO FULL SUNSHINE ACROSS THE REGION.<br><br>***<br>The rain we had was needed, but it was so nice to see the sunshine today!
