| Re: my teleblend not working Oh, come now, PX_E. I see it somewhat differently. If all VoIP customers were to use the BBR Forums for direct dialogues with company reps, in lieu of contacting the Customer Service people, these Forums would lose 95% of their value to other posters. Just look back at the vast majority of thread topics in the TeleBlend Sub-Forum. With few exceptions, the OP is directing his/her post straight to TeleBlend1. This detracts from the underlying purpose of BBR ... to encourage questions & answers, give & take ... not to mention learning all sorts of things about VoIP providers and their technology, equipment, services, quality, products, features, problem-resolution, etc.
I'm just expressing my opinion, not necessarily that of others. On the one hand, we can have an Original Post that reports a problem or issue ... to which a bunch of posters respond ... and sometimes one of the provider reps jumps in to help.
On the other hand, with the Teleblend Forum, we mainly see a two person dialogue, back and forth between the OP and TeleBlend1 ... using the Forum in lieu of the provider's support system.
It may be my "grumpy" time of the day ... but I see a difference between someone asking "Can somebody help me with a problem I'm having ..." as opposed to blatantly posting "Hey, TeleBlend1, check out my Ticket #xxxxxxx" --- which offers nothing to other BBR Members since we get little information from the OP and nothing useful from TB1 (in most cases).

| Re: my teleblend not working said by PX Eliezer :I see your point--- ...So I don't think that he should be overly faulted for trying to get help for his problem... ...Flovent is officially for asthma but can also be used off-label for eosinophilic esophagitis. And I agree with your points. (So, let's do lunch.)
I wasn't looking to "overly fault" this particular OP. It's sort of like Reflux Esophagitis ... I can tolerate the recurring heartburn when it occurs in the lower retrosternal area ... but when there is a build-up of full blown regurgitation, I start choking on the gastric content. My initial response to the OP simply reflected an accumulation of similar one on one dialogues that had preceded this thread.
Conclusion: How sad that TeleBlend (the company) apparently can't provide their customers with adequate support.
