| ACA wants to provide current data only Yeah, why should we care about past data? Maybe they should be in trouble for failing to provide data in the past, but it's not important. Let's just get the 2008 or 2009 data.
They also asked that the data collected be kept confidential, to avoid competitors running promotions in sensitive areas. I think that's exactly why it should be open to the public; more competition would be a good thing for the average person. |
