TheMarq : I just upgraded from the ATT Basic DSL to the next higher tier. The woman on the phone told me to turn my modem off before I go to bed and turn it back on in the morning, and that something happens between 1 and 3 AM. Why did she tell me to do this? Is there any way that I can see my new speed sooner than tomorrow morning?
