The problem is FIOS is not available in older MDU and I am not sure any newer ones have it. Verizon my be completive for single dwellings homes but hampered due to no MDU solutions. I live in Hillsboro.
Verizon has MDU options for Fios and have rolled it out in several locations. BBR front page has commented on this a couple times.
