I'm fairly certain the equipment is similar, so ask for a tech to come out and try again.  If the tap is just too hot, you need a dc-12 to fix the problem.]]></description>

<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/1629770"><b>esenpak</b></A> : My connection speed is too wavy and signal levels are snr 36 downstream power 12,7 and upstream power 47,5. Provider says signal levels normal but my speed is not. While I check modem signals from provider's page rarely it says "rec power low". Does anybody know what that means and can it be the problem?]]></description>
