I can't find a client with their service who isn't down right now: This is a major outage. I got an auto-notification in email about the outage, but it only went to my clients who have their VoIP service.
For what it's worth, I've had clients with them for almost a decade and I don't remember them ever having an outage like this before. @Home/ATTBI/Comcast is another story...
