I think I have to start agreeing with everyone. They are no longer the company they were before Bestbuy acquired them. This outage will cause me to lose clients i sang the speakeasy praise to.

The changes started well before the Best Buy purchase. They started when Mike Apgar left and Chatterly came in. They wasted a bunch of money on WiMax, floated the idea of getting rid of DBMs, dropped support here, and started moving away from resi service.
