I think it was 3%. All I know is that I have to go over X amount that the ins company will honor to get a dime out of them.

clubs:		 Ahh I had the 1% and even though it hurt when the 1 house damage didnt go over that, I was fine with it on the other house since it came out to about 10K in damage total
