Banned in Australia

Wouldn't DSL Reports now be banned in Australia since this site now contains a hyperlink pointing to a site containing a hyperlink to a banned site?

I also notice that just about anyone can cause just about any site to become banned in Australia simply by posting a hyperlink to a banned site and then rubbing the government's nose in it.

At this rate I suppose that the vast majority of the Internet will soon be banned in Australia.

It's worse than that. Say there's a forum run in Australia with a disgruntled forum member. (In any forum there's bound to be a few disgruntled members.) The disgruntled member decides to "get even" with the site administrators for perceived injustices so he links to one of the banned sites (making it seem as innocuous as possible). Then he reports the site/link to the government. Bam! Webmaster gets hit with a $11,000 per day fine and might have to shut down the forum. Disgruntled member chuckles maliciously at the webmaster's financial woes.
