Yea, mine is just as bad. I wouldn't really care if it was just slow, it is the packet loss that I can't deal with.

My speed went up to 220/370 last evening from 40/70 yesterday morning, and packet loss decreased to 25-30%.
My home computer is off, so I can't run speed test, but line test up to gateway is worse than ever:
