What voltage is the ram at? Odds are it probably needs in the neighbourhood of 2.1-2.2v to post at 1066 Mhz.
I don't have any experience with that board, but some boards aren't a huge fan of all 4 dimms populated, and anecdotal evidence around the net seems to suggest that running a divider (cpu and ram running at asyncronous speeds) can throw a wrench into overclocking. The memory at 835 mhz is an actual clock speed of ~417 mhz .
In a lot of cases, people will lower the CPU multiplier and turn up the FSB. I've got mine at 7 x 458 right now, just to give you an idea. |
