As good as FiOS is these billing issues are terrible. I gave up trying to get my bill fixed.
I can tell you Cox Cable ain't any better at billing than FIOS. Cox reps also lie like the Devil to sell anything. AT&T lies too. THEY DO IT ON PURPOSE! THEY DON'T CARE! THE FINE IS NOTHING, THEY BUDGET FOR THEM.
