I've had it for a year and a half with no major problems. Can't beat the free long distance in North America. More features than I had with my regular phone and no extra charges for features like call display etc.

Most VOIP users are happy. Sometimes, voice quality issues may occur, depending of your tyical DSL speed performance, actual usage (say full-speed downoading/uploading on you PC when you call) and hardware equipment. Some routers have nice QoS features for this purpose. -- We Rock
