The idea is all wrong. If they want to 'protect' kids, then they need to make a 'port for kids'. Then only websites that are 'kid safe' will be on those ports. Of course, that would block 95% of the web, and any kid worth a dime will know how to get around it, but hey, they win, we win. -- The happiest countries are the most secular.
