I had to fax a copy of my Drivers License to them to get my user name 5 days later and then another 2 days to get the password. It felt so 1990's. Don't get me started with Domains by Proxy. Had a few domains in there, lost the password (it was a random generated password with 1Password that had mysteriously disappeared). Was able to get access through the email, but I wanted to transfer the name elsewhere and the only way to get access to it was by sending in my driver's license and all that crap. |
