| [trouble] Going out of my mind.
Hello. I have the 3meg DSL service from Verizon. All has been well for a very long time. HOWEVER, now I am experiencing very concerning troubles. Here's my transtats.

Over night for no reason my connection from from 3300+ downstream and 800ish upstream to this. I have tried rebooting the modem, replacing filters, no filters, leaving the modem off over night, etc. I have a 6100 F modem. |

Basically it means that your provisioning is off and for some reason, someone set your service to be provisioned back at thew 768kbps/128kbps speed. You need to call up Billing to have them fix that, unless Verizon Direct can do that. |
