I really hope they are not using a true engineers time for this. hopefully a title or really low level one. As there are many things that need help interleave with very little training could be done by anyone. |

Qwest is absolutely doing great when it comes to customer support. I have had nothing but good things to say about Qwest since day one. Maybe some would say I am just lucky enough to reach the right folks over there in customer service. So be it. Must be a lot of "right kind of folks working over there then. over live chat. All i had to do was tell him I wanted interleaving off, verify my information, and say thanks. |

After 3 days (including weekend), received and email from Cindy R. Qwest Technician confirming my interleaving has been turned off. Woohoo! Now on fastpath (btw-Qwest doesn't use the term fastpath according to email.). Here are my numbers now via pingplotter showing 8ms

Do you think Im right on the edge of it working? Would it be worth it to at least try?
If it didnt work good I would assume the number of errors would go up correct?
I play alot of fps games and it would be great if I could cut my ping time by 30ms.

2 edits | My interleaving got removed today... My first hop went from 45ms to 6ms according to pingplotter. SNR dropped only slightly from 17/19 to 15/16. |

Current Noise Margin: 13/14
Without interleave:
Current Noise Margin: 12/13
Not sure if this has anything to do with the level only dropping 1db, but the CO is only a block away from me. I have seen other people that their levels have dropped more than mine. |
