I don't use any of the listed "cookie tools" .. and voted "Other".
Cookie "control", for me, begins with tight browser settings (IE7) and, periodically, I allow SuperAntiSpyware to "massage" unwanted cookies that do manage to get through. -- Eagles may soar .. but weasels don't get sucked into jet engines.
