Do you use the AirDisk for Time Machine? If so, what are the data transfer speeds like over the wireless network?

The silver Seagate 500gb drive is setup as an AirDisk (USB) using the Airport Extreme. The D-Link NAS is attached via gigabit ethernet to the network as well.

The center piece is the latest-gen Apple Airport Extreme which allows me to give 5.0 ghz N access to my MacBooks and AppleTV while simultaneously providing 2.4 ghz G for iPhones etc... It also has a lets me have a dedicated Guest access point.
