WRT54G v4 has wrong time!

Ref: WRT54G v4
Firmware: v4.21.1
Time zone is correct.
"Automatically adjust clock for daylight saving changes" is checked.

The clock is 1 hour behind. I have restored the router back to defaults with no resolution.

What is keeping the router from syncing the the correct time?

Thanks!

That would be correct. Since the DST keeps changing every year I believe.

Not every year - it is mandated by the Fed govt. It was unchanged for many years till I think 2 years ago when it was changed to start earlier.

I would see if Linksys has newer firmware for the new date and other than that - I would not worry about it. When the old date comes then it will change and be correct.

Meh, if you are happy with the stability of the firmware you have and can live with the inconvenience of the time being slightly off a few weeks during the year, let it be. Wait a few weeks and the time will be correct:
"Since 2007, daylight saving time starts on the second Sunday of March and ends on the first Sunday of November, with all time changes taking place at 02:00 local time"

Or set the time for UTC and forget about DST : »en.wikipedia.org/wiki/UTC
