| Competition Isn't competition a great thing? Chattanooga (where I'm from) is a relatively small market for both Comcast and AT&T, yet they are high on the list of the Uverse and DOCSIS 3 rollouts. I wonder why? Could it be a municipal fiber rollout? Chattanooga Electric Power Board is rolling out fiber optic to its whole installed customer base (160,000 customers) in the next 3 years. Would Chattanooga be getting this attention if there was no competition?
