... unless there is some kinda party going on in those lines we don't know about.
Well I know with the iPhone 3G release they were "sold out" for at least a few weeks, at least where I got mine from and AT&T stores in the surrounding area. There was no party but I met some interesting people and get to bullshit for a few hours. I really doubt I'll get this new one anytime soon though. I thnk iPhone os 3 is were the meat and potatos are so I'll just stick with my 3G. If they change the form factor I definitely won't get one.

I paid nothing more then what my brother paid who got his almost 6 months later. There were some instences were currect AT&T customers weren't able to get the subsidized price. If I fall under that category this time around theres certainly no way in hell I'm getting one until I can get that price. I payed the same $199 as everyone else.

reply to TCub Well, if the new one does video and has the better processor and ability to get the 7mb speeds up to 20, then I'll definitely wait as I'm thinking about getting one.
My attitude is pretty simple at this point.. the Next Gen iPhone they're about to release will have everything I'll need for a long time.. so at that point, let them throw out the incremental hardware releases.. I'll stand back at that point.
Right now, I have the touch 2g and like it.. The next iPhone should have the best of all the features I'll ever care about for some time.
