Re: Zoom 5564a, rule number one to be deleted - why not? No, DHCP should be OFF when in Bridge Mode. Normally you should not have to manually set it to off as the change to Bridge Mode is handled automatically by the Firmware (usually, but there are exceptions to the rule) after you select a radio button or check mark box to switch modes. DHCP and the other services that are not needed (NAT, SPI, Logging, PPPoE shim) all get turned off/are disabled all at the same time.
