Not sure I understand the question. Are you saying you will be signing up for Verizon FIOS TV and continue being a RR Cable subscriber? If so will need to install separate Coax network as FIOS TV and Cable TV services use the same frequencies.

If you are discontinuing RR Cable then there is no problem.

If you are only signing up for FIOS Internet access there is no problem as that uses standard Ethernet twisted pair wiring. FIOS supports Broadband over coax, mainly to eliminate need to run Coax and Twisted pair to each set-top box. That is compatible with Cable TV but I think Verizon would be highly unlikely to piggyback broadband over coax if coax is still being used by Cable provider.
