Ok, you are saying that you think trying to run verizon fios piggybacked with TimeWarner cable on the same coax lines coming into the house is not likely. So Verizon has determined that if you want to use them as an ISP, you also have to use them as your cable provider, unless you want to string a new coax from their box to wherever your modem/router is in the house. That stinks. Thanks for the info. |

| 1 )If you order only internet verizon will connect it to your choice of location for the router
2) If this can not be done by isolating a homerun or easily running a new coax to the location there is another option
3) A Moca NId allows Verizon to piggyback its WAN signal on the same network as Cable TV. (this will not work with Satellite TV)
In areas that offer fios tv and internet this does not happen to often. Mainly because of the price due to the bundling discounts |
