I seem to recall you being surprised a few time.... the MSN surprise you and your wife encountered, the phone problem, then the lower speed, and a couple of more surprises.

We had two "surprises" in eight years. The false 911 issue (which was not a DSL issue) and the e-mail not working issue. That's not bad, so yes, "so surprises" still applies.
