They only way that they get on my computer is in the temp file which is deleted at close of IE, firefox or I delete I don't have a folder or folders called music or movies that I on purpose downloaded.

People who make counterfeit (copy) money aren't charged with stealing or theft. They are charged with a different, separate crime.
