Good thing my trees didn't have any buds over leaves on them or I would have broken branches on the house. I have an evergreen bush out front that's pretty flat right now. My driveway is facing east and that will help the snow to melt, which is a good thing because I just don't feel like shoveling snow right now. :(

my mom called yesterday saying that the snow was falling in my hometown (small town in the white mountains of arizona) was getting snow at about 3"/hr.

between her telling me that and seeing these pictures, i've got to say i'm a little homesick for the snow.

all we got yesterday in the phoenix metroplex was mid-70's for temps and wind gusts of over 60mph (gusts as my house were measured at 68mph).

I could only take one scoop of snow, and I'd have to walk over to the snow pile to dump it.Then return back to the same spot, and take another scoop of snow, doing this several times just to clear one little spot.Sheesshh!

Where as previous snow storms, I would just walk back and forth shoveling the snow, and I'd be done in a snap!
