The PB has not really tried to avoid the radar. They have pretty much been waving the red flag to watch the BULL(**aa) get all steamed up. If you followed the trial you have seen that the prosecution had to drop most of the charges. Even the ones that remained are on shaky ground and I doubt they will get more than a slap on the wrist.
Assuming they run their VPN as a general anonymizer I would guess that a lot of people will use their service for non copyright uses. Their reputation is good enough that they have a good shot at becoming THE VPN to use. |
