| Dealershp question Does anyone know anything about Hoizon Luxury Cars or Atlanta Luxury Cars? I am buying a car from Horizon Luxury Cars and the title is in Atlanta Luxury Cars name and Horizon is only on the back of the title.
They are saying that they are one in the same and that's it's the same dealership but my credit union says they are not. The dealership Horizon faxed over documents to my credit union saying they are the same dealership as Atlanta Luxury Cars but my credit union says they are not the same and the title and buyers order need to be from Horion.

I have a loan already. I just have to go drop off the check and get the car. I am wondering if I should buy from them or not because the title isn't in the dealerships name. I don't want to pay for a car I wont have a title for.
The Carfax report on the car is clean though but that doesn't mean anything. |

I found a website for an Atlanta Luxury Cars, but the website is not active.
Both places have different addresses and the websites are registered to different entities.
Do both companies say they are the same? Doing a preliminary search, I could not find any connection between the two.

Your credit union is certainly doing their due diligence in making sure everything is OK before they lend you the money. This protects them and you.
