I've been having a lot of server disconnects and high ping times.
the issue seems to be hubh. This test is from a few weeks ago my packet loss is down some. »/linequality/nil/2499027

when i called tech support and told them they were having a network issue. they sent out a ft to check my cabling. |

call, have them come out when it's doing it. |

| well I called again they sent another field tech out. he said the same thing there's issues going on at hub h and ill get some one to look into it. that was a week ago. im getting very fed up with this. does any one know the number to Knology corporate. i would like to make a very official complaint about this. as i think i have been more the patient with this. |

| reply to VZ_Chris Hub B was being transitioned to the new cmts then the noise floor was cleaned up. The same is now or going to be done to hub A and hub H. I know it's hard for some of you to understand that some of your intermittent issues take some time to pin point the exact issue, but I assure you that the problems are being addressed. DOCSIS 3.0 is high on the priority list. Sometimes it takes a few times to get the issue resolved. |

join:2005-05-11 Largo, FL | I understand it can take some time to fix some issues. but it had been going on for well over a month and when you pay for an internet service you cant use its very annoying. but my interminit connection problem has finaly been fixed. |
