If you were going to get the card to begin with why is this a bad deal? Its not a bad deal, you just explained it perfectly. This isnt meant to be marketed to people who are simply looking for a new computer, its meant for people who are already on the market for a laptop data card. You get to the store and instead of paying $100 to $200 for a card itself, you get a brand new netbook for the same price.
