And where is the lawsuit against the POS company on the "This is the second notice that the factory warranty on your vehicle is about to expire!". I've NEVER received a call from Dish Network; however, the above idiots call my CELL PHONE at the very least a few dozen times a week! What the hell is the hold-up here?
They go after Dish, because it's a legitimate... well-sized company. It's an easy target, with an almost sure payout!
