Ambit U10C019 Reset

How do I reset the U10C019 to factory settings? There's a reset button on the back, but holding it for 5, 10, or 15 seconds doesn't work. I cannot log into 192.168.0.1, the modem/router is stuck in bridge mode. The user manual doesn't help.

Figured it out: hold Reset button for 30 seconds, unplug router/modem, wait 1 minute, plug back in. 192.168.0.1 now works.
