Dish itself may not be in violation, but the resellers are. Seems more like finger pointing to me on this one. Mind you, I am no defender of companies. The 8 mystery calls per 12 hour period I receive daily are enough for me to laugh at the DNC list.
Dish is responsible for the resellers. Dish is in fact, responsible. And so are the resellers.
If that is the situation, have at it.
