Comcast Montly 250GB up/down limit - when does it reset?

I've called six times and got 10 different answers.

My billing date is on the 28th to the 27th of each month. They say they bill me on the 18th of each month.

Guy #1 told me it was on the 27th. So I asked if it was reset at midnight, he said I dunno.

Guy #2 told me what cap? I explained. Then he said it was unlimited internet. I explained again, he said it would reset at 12am on the 18th.

The other people all had no clue there was a cap (really?)

Does anyone here know for sure? And not one person would put me in touch with anyone who knew for sure

I guess it does only matter to 0.01% of their customers.

I would assume along with your billing cycle?

Kinda sad when a customer can't get a straight answer from the ISP itself, and has to come onto a internet forum from NON employee's to get a an answer, that the isp should know.

I've said it before and I'll say it again..if Comcast really cared (comcastvoices.com) they would hire people that have a CLUE.

Does it even reset, or is it just "within the last 30 days"?

It's probably whatever they need it to be, should they decide they're going to invoke it for someone. The above is as good a measure as any (ie, it's the worst case - usage summed up for past 30 days.)

Whatever the algorithm is, it's buried deep in the bowels of the beast, not at the level of 1st level script-reading support person.
