Are you asking if I did that prior to installing the new Buffalo Firmware? I recall seeing that as an issue when going back to Buffalo. At first I couldn't get in, but I hit the reset button for 20 seconds and then I could get in.

There are setting for the external buttons that might not have been assigned properly. -- My grandkids ARE cuter than yours!
